As an Executive Coach and a Senior Advisor on Corporate Strategy, Reputation and Governance, Oonagh is passionately committed to building sustainable businesses that live their purpose and values from 'the inside out'.
With over 20 years of experiences on Boards in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, 11 of those years being in CEO roles, Oonagh has had extensive experience in developing and leading many different business strategies and the consequent change programmes. The varying fields she has worked in include energy, IT, financial and professional services. She has also led strategic change in areas such as cultural change, post merger integration and restructuring. In a vastly changing world, she has been acknowledged for her chapter "Building a sustainable reputation", in Guide to Business Ethics, Economist Books, 2001, and was listed in Cranfield FTSE "100 women to watch 2012".
Residing in London she is a Lifetime Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and served as Committee Member, Ethics Forum from 1997 to 2002.
Oonagh is also currently a member of the City Values Forum leading the Lord Mayor's Initiative to restore trust and values in the City, Sponsor of "Governing Values" a project by Tomorrow's Company to which she is a Senior Advisor, producing a toolkit for Boards on governing values and culture, and a member of the Advisory Working Group to the Financial Skills Council for its report "21st Century Leadership" on competencies for boards.
