People thrive doing their best
The leader's role is to maintain and increase levels of engagement, mastery and flow in turbulent times.
Nancy is the founder and managing director of Dynallia and Founding Fellow - Institute of Coaching a Harvard Medical School affiliate.
Nancy is based in London and works internationally. She has nearly 20 years of experience as a senior, board-level executive and senior manager at global and European levels in the engineering, healthcare, IT and public affairs sectors.
She specializes in 21st century leadership, the practical ‘how’ of building new skills and capacities for leadership with a human edge. She is a valued partner to aspiring and established executives and top teams across several sectors as well as entrepreneurs, senior scientific and engineering leaders and partners of professional services firms. She also has experience working with heads of charities and NGOs.
She works as a strategic partner to leaders as they navigate the challenges and demands of business today, developing new, critical capacities to thrive and lead sustainably in the 21st century. Clients achieve greater cognitive and emotional agility, build resilience and increase their perceptive powers to lead in complex, fast moving environments.
High performance is second nature to Nancy. She has built her executive development and consulting practice on the foundation of two previous careers, first as a classical ballet soloist and second, as a board-level senior executive. At home with major transformations and organisational change, Nancy held senior leadership roles in the integrations of five cross-border acquisitions, corporate portfolio restructurings and changes through crises & disruptive technologies.
Nancy draws on her experience from a deep and regular practice of Mindfulness where appropriate, adding a differentiating dimension to her work.
She has worked in and with several pioneering leadership programmes, and coached in a Harvard Business School programme. Nancy has lived and worked in six countries and currently resides in London in the United Kingdom. She speaks English and French and converses with ease in German and Dutch.
