Her experience in a range of industries across the world has allowed her to fully understand the complexity of achieving business objectives across cultural boarders. Anna holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Development, specializing in Chaos Complexity and Creativity along with being a member of the International Coaching Federation. Her capabilities included global leadership development, organizational cultural shaping, corporate social responsibility, effecting organizational and team alignment, and vitality and life coaching. Focusing on behavioral shifts and capacity expansion, Anna has worked with teams and individual executives in defining new initiatives as a result of joint ventures and mergers where cultural appreciation and virtual team management are critical to successful business objectives.
A native of New Zealand, Anna is fluent in English, speaks conversational Japanese and currently resides in Sydney, Australia traveling extensively for work and pleasure.
